Terms and Conditions
All products sold carry the full manufacturers warranty with the exception of B-stock items. All warranty claims must be made through the manufacturer for repair or replacement at their discretion.
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or DOA item, etc.). No refund or credit will be given for damaged products received.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We offer free shipping in the continental United States only. Shipping time is typically 1-3 business days, depending on the time of year.
There is no gaurenteed date of arrival on pre-order items, only estimations. We can not control any delays on the arrival date. All pre-order items are non-refundable. Should there be a chargeback on a pre-order, you will be published in the customer blacklist.
B-stock items are sold as-is, can not be returned, and do not have a warranty. A B-stock item will never be DOA, only cosmetic or minor mechanical defects will be sold as B-stock. All items will perform like new.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable, lost certificates can not be re-issued.
